1. Use of the Site

Math Test Pro provides digital educational resources for personal and professional instructional use. You agree to use the site and resources in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.

2. Digital Products and License

Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased files for your own classroom, tutoring, or homeschool use. Licenses are for the purchaser only unless otherwise stated. You may not resell, redistribute, share, email, upload, or publicly post purchased files, including on social media, shared drives, marketplaces, or AI/content repositories.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login methods. Download access is provided through your My Resources area for purchased products. Account access is personal and may not be shared with other users, teams, or organizations.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not copy, reverse engineer, remove branding or copyright notices, alter license terms, or create derivative products for resale. Unauthorized distribution or misuse may result in immediate suspension of access and legal enforcement.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final for digital downloads. No refunds are provided except in exceptional cases at our sole discretion. For requests, contact info@mathtestpro.com.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content, including resource files, graphics, and text, is owned by Math Test Pro or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. If you believe content infringes your rights, send a notice to info@mathtestpro.com with sufficient details for review.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Resources are provided “as is” for educational support. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Math Test Pro disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
